CHAMPIONS BATTLE 2024 - WOZNIACKI & RUNE VS SVITOLINA & MONFILS

Caroline Wozniacki and Holger Rune welcomed the popular couple Ukranian player Elina Svitolina and French player Gael Monfils in Jyske Bank Boxen on Tuesday 11th of June for world-class tennis at Champions Battle 2024.

The evening started with a match between Caroline Wozniacki and Elina Svitolina which ended in Caroline taking the victory. Afterwards world no. 8, Holger Rune took on Gael Monfils, the match also ending with a Danish victory. The last part of the evening consisted of the mixed double match which was very entertaining and really showed all the players fascinating tennis skills. It was the married couple Elina and Monfils who ended up winning this match, but in the end the total results of the matches was in Danish favor and Caroline and Holger could take home the unique prizes; two handmade one-of-a-kind bracelets from the luxurious brand Shamballa Jewels. Luckily Elina and Gael also received an amazing runner-up prize from Shamballa Jewels.

It was the first time that Caroline and Holger played a mixed double together. The atmosphere in Jyske Bank Boxen was outstanding and all four players put on a show for all the Danish tennisfans that had showed up in Herning that evening.
